These parables reflect lessons I've learned from personal experience, from tales told me by colleagues, research, books and a variety of reports from organisations such as the Australian Audit Office, the UK Audit Office and  similar USA organisations.

The parables do not describe specific projects or refer to particular individuals. If anyone thinks that I have libelled them or unfairly categorised a project then they are wrong.
